Genetec’s Security Center brings video surveillance, access control and automatic licence plate recognition together in one open-architecture platform. Rather than running separate systems side by side, our customers get a single interface and one set of data, which cuts down on training, reduces the margin for error, and gives security teams a genuinely joined-up view of their sites.

Security Center is built to scale, from a single reception desk right through to a global estate spanning dozens of sites and countries. For multi-site customers, this matters: they can standardise on one platform as they grow, rather than outgrowing their security system and starting again every few years.

Cybersecurity and privacy by design

Genetec builds cybersecurity and privacy into Security Center from the ground up, rather than treating it as an add-on. Features like data encryption, authentication and privacy protection, including the ability to blur identities in footage, are part of the core platform. For customers in regulated sectors, this reduces risk considerably.
