ATEC has leant its support to its client Valero by acting as a Partner Sponsor for the Valero Benefit for Children Classic 2023. This is the tenth anniversary of the charitable event and the second that ATEC has sponsored. ATEC works with Valero to ensure its security infrastructure meets its regulatory requirements across all of its 18 oil refinery and terminal sites in the UK and Ireland.

ATEC has taken further action to reduce our impact on the environment. The latest steps in a long line of climate-friendly action that we have taken sees the addition of solar panels to the roof of our HQ as well as an investment in electric vehicle charging points.

The security preparations required for any international sporting event are always on a very large scale. ATEC was proud to play its part in delivering some of the strategic upgrades required to the security infrastructure around Birmingham as the city hosted the Commonwealth Games.

ATEC’s dedication to quality service has driven the electronic security systems integrator’s constant push for certification. While it already holds a wide variety of internationally recognised certifications, ATEC is currently working towards further awards to provide increased advantages for the company and its clients.
